Dear IIAAA Members, Presenters, Sponsors, and Vendors:
Given that the World Health Organization officially deemed this a pandemic, and in light of many school districts declaring an emergency along with associated closures and curtailments of normal activities and in light of the governor’s request to cancel any gatherings of more than 250 people, it was impossible for IIAAA to hold the conference as planned. Therefore, for the safety of all involved, the IIAAA Executive Council decided to cancel the 2020 conference.
Conference Reimbursement: All attendees and vendors will receive reimbursement of conference registration fees and/or LTI course fees. While we request your patience, it is our plan to have refunds completed by late April via Brad Holsinger. All refund checks will be made out to your school(s).
For conference attendees and exhibitors that booked hotel rooms: If you booked a hotel room, you will need to communicate with the Marriott Hotel and cancel your own reservation. The IIAAA is unable to do this on your behalf. Please do this in a timely manner to avoid cancellation fees.
